An Order on Rehearing was issued on April 18, 2002. A Siting Board meeting was held on April 18, 2002. A Procedural Ruling by Presiding Examiner Garlin and Associate Examiner O'Connell was issued on February 15, 2002. A prehearing conference was held on January 31, 2002. A Siting Board Meeting was held January 24, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. in the 19th Floor Board Room at 3 Empire State Plaza, Albany, to consider the petitions for rehearing. An Order Granting Rehearing in Part was issued on January 24, 2002. Petitions for rehearing of the Siting Board's decision were filed by East River Environmental Coalition/Assemblyman Sanders, Community Board 3 and NYPIRG. A Siting Board Meeting was held on Tuesday, August 28, 2001 at 1:00 pm. in the 19th Floor Board Room at 3 Empire State Plaza, Albany. Briefs on Exceptions were filed July 13, 2001, and Briefs Opposing Exceptions were filed July 23, 2001. An Order Extending Deadline was issued June 28, 2001. A Recommended Decision was issued June 28, 2001. An Order Concerning Interlocutory Appeals was issued June 22, 2001. A Siting Board Meeting was held June 21, 2001. at 1:30 p.m. at the Public Service Commission's Office in Albany, New York, to consider interlocutory appeals filed by the parties. Initial Briefs were filed May 25, 2001 and Reply Briefs were filed June 4, 2001. Evidentiary hearing were held April 18-20, 23-25, and 27, 2001. A Ruling on Schedule, Party Status and Procedures and a Notice of Evidentiary Hearing were issued on March 26, 2001. An Issues Ruling and Procedural Ruling was issued on March 15, 2001. An issues conference was held February 20, 2001, and continued on February 23, 2001, at One Penn Plaza, Manhattan. Public statement hearings were held on January 24, 2001, at Public School No. 34, East 12th Street and Avenue D, Manhattan. A ruling establishing procedural schedule was issued The Chairman of the Siting Board has determined on July 31, 2000 that the application complies with the requirements of Article X of the Public Service Law and stipulations signed by company and statutory parties.
